Is Bulldog Legal a substitute for an attorney?

No. Bulldog is a tool for licensed attorneys — it surfaces issues, drafts first passes, and accelerates document review, but every output requires attorney review and judgment before it reaches a client or opposing counsel. Bulldog Legal Inc. does not practice law.

Who actually uses Bulldog day-to-day?

Solo practitioners and attorneys at firms of 25 or fewer who handle contract review, transactional work, employment, plaintiff and defense litigation, and family-law settlement work. Paralegals at those firms also use it under attorney supervision.

How do you handle privilege and confidentiality?

Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use enterprise-tier inference providers under zero-data-retention agreements — your documents are not used to train models. Per-matter access logging supports privilege defense.

Which document types are supported today?

Live today: NDAs, MSAs, residential and commercial leases, employment agreements, separation/severance agreements, settlement agreements, software/SaaS terms, vendor contracts, and demand-letter response analysis. We add types based on what beta firms send us.

Which jurisdictions does the analysis cover?

Bulldog operates in all 50 US states. Jurisdictional context (the controlling statute or governing case) is selected based on the document's choice-of-law clause and the firm's home state. UK and Canadian support is on the roadmap.

Apply at /beta. We're selecting 50 founding firms for the closed beta. Beta access is free for accepted firms through Q3 2026. Founding firms lock the published rate (starting at $79/attorney/month) for 24 months after general availability.

That's our consumer product — for everyday people scanning a lease before they sign. Different audience, different price point. The Bulldog Legal web platform is built specifically for attorneys.

Practice-management exports are on the Q3 2026 roadmap. During beta, you can copy any analysis or draft directly into your existing tools, or download as Word/PDF.
